Brittany Clark

Leader, Facilities Engineering
Net Zero Asset Head

Occidental Petroleum

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Since joining Oxy in 2013, Brittany has held various facilities engineering and leadership roles in EOR and Permian Resources. Brittany has 10 years of experience in facilities engineering, plant and production operations. She recently transferred from her role as NM East Production Assurance Lead where she has led a variety of efforts to improve operational safety, regulatory compliance, emission reduction, and operability. This role allowed her to start being actively involved with the companies plans to be “Net Zero” by 2030 and grew the passion for OXY’s mission to responsibly source oil and gas and to lead the industry in reducing carbon intensity. With the new role of Net Zero Asset lead, Brittany’s primary function is to create short/long term plans for carbon management in Delaware Basin to ensure we meet/exceed all our company initiatives and find ways to maximize the emissions reductions associated with staying in compliance with all new regulations (state/federal).
