Dylan Fuge
Director, New Mexico Oil Conservation Division
Government of New Mexico
Dylan Fuge is the Director of the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division (OCD) within the Energy, Minerals & Natural Resources Department (EMNRD). Prior to becoming Director, Mr. Fuge served as EMRD’s General Counsel for two years. Mr. Fuge came to EMNRD from T-Mobile, where he was responsible for providing nationwide local permitting and advocacy support for the company’s cell site development efforts. Before that, Mr. Fuge spent six years at the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), where he served as Counselor to the Director of the Bureau of Land Management and as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of the Solicitor. His DOI areas of practice included oil and gas development and oversight, renewable energy project development, land use planning, and general public lands management. Mr. Fuge holds degrees in Geology and Studies in the Environment from Yale University and earned his Law Degree and a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University.
