With more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. For the better part of the last decade, Shayne has helped multiple private equity companies manage start up, growth, and profitable exit strategies. Most recently helping Riley Exploration Permian transition from a private equity company to being a publicly traded company. Automation, Facility Construction, Infrastructure Planning, Production and Workovers are among Jeter’s responsibilities at Riley Permian. Shayne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics/ Finance from Eastern New Mexico University. While not working, Shayne enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing golf.
