Hans has been converting waste into energy for 16 years. Prior to co-founding EcoVapor, Hans managed the construction of a waste-to-energy plant that converted commercial and industrial waste streams into engineered fuels and completed his senior design project on flare gas capture and utilization.
In his current role, he is responsible for the engineering, operations, supply chain, quality and intellectual property functions of the company. He was named 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association and has twice appeared on the Denver Business Journal’s, “Who’s Who in Energy” list.
Hans holds a B.S. in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
